Esperos Palace Resort & Spa, Ammoudes (Rhodes)

Waking up every morning facing the sea was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious with everything one could ask for, spotless and offering great sea views. However, the service, while striving for high quality, could be inconsistent at times. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and near Old Town Rhodes, offering easy access to explore the island. The dining options provided a remarkable selection of dishes, though quality could vary. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few ups and downs.

I woke up every morning to the stunning view of the sea from my double bed, but I wished the room was more modern to match the hotel's style. The hotel should improve communication with guests by providing important information directly.

It is conveniently located minutes away from reception, yet missed opportunities for better communication methods. The service can be hit or miss, with helpful amenities but lacks flexibility for guests' needs. The location is pleasant, near Old Town Rhodes and the airport, with direct beach access. The dining experience offers a good variety but may not feel exceptional to all guests.

I couldn't have asked for a better location with pools and a lazy river, lots of sun loungers, and easy access to various beaches. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, but the lack of flexibility in check-in times was a letdown. The service was top-notch from the accommodating staff. The dining experience was superb with a huge range of options, though some dishes were a bit bland. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor room for improvement.
